Spa Policies and Etiquette

BOOKING YOUR SPA APPOINTMENT

You can book your appointment on site or by phone (phone call is recorded for quality insurance). All spa bookings must be guaranteed/confirmed with a major credit card. A $25 deposit will be charged per service & per person for 25 min or 50 min service, $50 deposit will be charged per service & per person for 80 min service . 

CHECK IN / PUNCTUALITY

As our punctuality is important, so is yours. Please arrive at Heed Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so you will have time for your consultation and you can unwind enjoy your transition into Heed World.

PARKING 

Underground parking is located at North City Beach Park: 3557-0001 Hallandale Beach. 

Pay by using the phone app ($4.00 per hour) (parking 10500). Valet parking is available at 12pm at 15$ / day with spa receipt. 

CANCELATION /  RESCHEDULE / LATE/ NO SHOW

CANCELATION:

We know that the unexpected happens, if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment a MINIMUM 24 HOURS prior notice is required. NO TEXT OR  VOICE  MESSAGES OR E-MAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY PHONE CALLS DURING BUSINESS HOURS  .
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space at heed spa and the independent therapist calendar that is no longer available for another guests. In order to be respectful of your fellow guest, please call the spa as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.


If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours  before your appointment for no penalty.

If you cancel the day before the appointment, the $25/$50 deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel the same day as the appointment, the $25/$50 deposit will not be refunded.

Last minute cancelation or no show will result in you being charged the remaining balance of the full amount per person. No refundable

 

Group Booking 

1-3 people: 1 credit card is require. 
4-6 peoples: 2 credit cards are require, 50% on the total amount of services will be charge, NO refund if, no show or 48h cancellation policy.
6 peoples and up: estimate form will be send to your address email,2 ID & 2 credit card form are require and 100%  on total  amount of services will be charge, NO refund if, no show or 72h cancellation policy.

RESCHEDULE:

Rescheduling will result in you being charged the full price of the service, and you will be rescheduled for another day. On the day you are rescheduled for, the service charge will be paid at the front desk. NON-REFUNDABLE!

You are allowed to reschedule a maximum of two times.

For the second rescheduled booking, you will be charged an additional $25/$50 cancelation fee by the therapist.

You cannot reschedule a third time; the charge will not be refundable.

If you are late or there is a no-show for your rescheduled date/time, the service will not be provided, and it is also NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be considered a no-show.  

LATE :

If you are running late, please give us a call (no e-mail please) and we will  accommodate your treatment to the remaining time left, and the full value of the treatment will be charged.

If you want to receive the full time you will be charge $25 late fees

NO SHOW:

A No-Show/No-Call will result in you being charged the full amount per person.  

Please note that if you fail to contact us as described above, or to show up for the treatment as scheduled, your credit card will be charged.

This policy also applies for Gift Certificates/Gift Cards.

You will be considered a no-show if you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment. The full remaining balance of the service will be charged (tips not included).

SPA GIFT CERTIFICATES / SPA GIFT CARD

Heed Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are honored at Heed Spa. They are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or have been used by an unauthorized person. They should not be altered under any circumstances.

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee your appointment even when using a Spa Gift Certificate or Spa Gift Card for payment. A $25 deposit will be charged and refundable after payment with gift card/gift certificate. If we are not able to charge the credit card, we will redeem the gift card.

The actual Gift Certificate/Card must be presented at check in( validity 1 year) .

A Spa Gift Certificate or Spa Gift Card for a specific treatment is actually a suggestion, feel free to change it. If you have a gift card for a treatment that we no longer offer, you can select any other treatment from our menu or you can use it at Heed spa.

Gift Certificates purchased on online – Credit can only be used for spa treatments/ Services
The gift certificate is only redeemable by recipient 48 hours after purchase . No re-gifting of gift certificate
No refund or exchange . 

Note that Heed Spa’s Cancellation / Reschedule / Late policy also applies to Spa Gift Certificate / Spa Gift Card appointments. Please read the Cancellation / Reschedule / Late policy above.

 

ONLINE BOOKING

Must show ID upon check-in.

Online Payment and Appointment (client that is booked) must be under the same name.

If you wish to buy (gift) a service, please purchase a Gift Certificate on line (48 Hours window to use the gift certificate) or a Gift Card at the spa.

NO re-gifting.

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the appointment even when booking online. We will charge the credit card of $25 deposit to confirm your booking please refer to the cancelation section for more detail.

 To redeem the promotion it must be booked during the valid dates only. Mandatory service fee (18%-20% of original service price) will be automatically added this fee does not qualify for discount. Seasonal promotion may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers. Once promotion date is expired this promotion is no longer valid and the service is charged at regular price from the menu/website. No rain checks. Other restrictions may apply.

PAYMENT

At Heed Spa we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

service is due if the customer leave the spa without paying the  service, he will be charge automatically to he’s credit card 

GRATUITY/ SERVICE CHARGE

Our prices on the menu and promotions do not include gratuity. Mandatory service charge is added to your bill. 18% – 20% service charge will be added.  Your caring therapist will highly appreciate your gratitude. We are confident that you will be entirely satisfied, but if for any reason you are unhappy with our services, please let us know. We are here to serve you and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Day Spa Package

A Day Spa Package included service ,amenities access ½ BTL wine ,

food and extra drink will be charge automatically by the  restaurant (service charge will be automatically add )

Opening 10 am to 5 pm
the payment will be applied on your arrival
your service appointment must start on time.

If you are late the remind time will be apply
if No show no refund is possible

Heed spa is not responsible for the weather condition if the weather change no refund possible

The customer must follow the rules

ON THE DAY OF YOUR TREATMENT

Please try not to eat for at least an hour before your treatment. Avoid sun exposure. Avoid the consumption of alcohol before the treatment. Drink plenty of water, especially after any heat or detox therapy. If you are having a facial and must shave your face, do so at least 24  hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Avoid wearing perfume, because it can interfere with aromatherapy treatments.

HEALTH CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL NEEDS

An honest communication is key for a great treatment. When booking your treatment, please let us know of any injury, discomfort or allergy. Also inform us if you are using any medication or Retin-A or Accutane, if you had a recent surgery, or if you are pregnant or there is a possibility of pregnancy. Note: Florida law prohibits LMT (Massage Therapist)  to massage any client that is not over 12 weeks pregnant.

ATTIRE

We provide comfortable sanitized sandals, bamboo/organic cotton robes, disposable undergarments and clean bath towels. If you prefer you can bring your swimsuit, but please be aware that although we will take every precaution possible, we cannot be responsible for stains caused by products used in the treatments.

CHILDREN

Sorry, but no children under 16. We are happy to accommodate teens over 12, but they MUST be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian.

PETS

We love pets, but unfortunately they are by law not allowed in spa facilities.

CELL PHONES

All cell phones, beepers and pagers must be turned off in the spa, respecting your and others’ serene time. If you are expecting an emergency call, please let us know and put your phone on silent or vibrate mode at all times.

CONVERSATION

We ask you not to talk on cell phones at any time inside the spa. And please keep live conversations at low volume, in respect to other client’s relaxation time.

SMOKING

Heed Spa is a 100% smoke free environment. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the premises.

VALUABLES

We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
